I just got home from work and I was happily greeted by the sudden rush of cool air that hadn't been present in my new home over the previous couple of days. My wife and I just purchased a home in Waterford and then suddenly our AC and furnace went out. We reached out to Jeremy with Perfection heating & air conditioning and not only was he absolutely professional, kind and courteous. He was also very understanding to our new found emergency and fit us in late Tuesday night to evaluate the situation. He gave us the assessment and an estimate of what it'll take (only hours later). He was also able to schedule us for the complete service only one day later and that's where we are now… happily resting easy in our home that feels like a home again. While I was assessing the damage in my basement from the recent flooding, I saw Jeremy's truck from across the street. I walked right up to him without any appointment and asked if he could check out my furnaces, which were super old and needed replacing anyway. Without hesitation, he said he would come over right after he was done with the other house. Less than a month later, Jeremy and his crew replaced both furnaces and both AC units in my duplex in one day. I'm very happy with the outcome and now have a piece of mind this winter. He was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Jeremy at Perfection Heating & AC is awesome! Communication is great, rates are reasonable and he has squeezed us in for emergencies. We also had him out to clean our very old system and help us decide what to put in to replace it. We will definitely have him do the replacement. He recently went out to look at my mom's AC and had it running again in less than an hour (2 other companies said it was shot and gave quotes to replace it as the only option)! Highly recommend this company.
